Sometimes. We are active buyers of land in the Cape Fear region, and we occasionally partner with investors on lots we're aware of. We can also work with lots you've already identified or purchased.
Yes โ€” this is one of our preferred structures. You bring the land (and potentially some capital), we bring the build expertise, GC license, and construction capital. We split the profit on the back end. Every deal is different, but we're open to creative structures.
